Ordering & Payment
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, except those placed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday. Once your order has been successfully placed, we will send you an email confirming shipment with your Tracking Number. Please refer to your Order Tracking Number when inquiring about a shipment.

Payment Options
We accept payment by American Express, Discover,
MasterCard and Visa. If you prefer, you may place
your order by phone at 1-888-382-6352. Customer
Service representatives are available to take your
order from 9:00-5:00 PST Monday- Friday.
You may also order by mail using personal check
or money order. Sorry, we cannot accept COD (Cash
on Delivery) orders.
International Orders
For international customers, payment must be made
in U.S. Dollars using a credit card (American Express,
Discover, Visa or MasterCard.) Customer assumes
responsibility for payment of any duties and taxes
assigned by customs based on full invoice.
